Beijing, March 16 .- The President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, to
undertake the next week an official visit to China, during which he will
meet with the Asian giant's top officials to discuss "regional and
international issues of mutual interest."
Qin Gang said
Thursday, a spokesman for Time of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
China, the Afghan president to visit Beijing, gods
and heroes gold, from 23 to 25 March and will meet with his Chinese
counterpart, Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao.
"We warmly
welcome the visit of President (Hamid) Karzai to China and we attach
great importance to his visit," Qin promise.
"The two sides
exchanged views on bilateral relations, cooperation in various fields
and on regional and international issues of mutual, aika gold, interest. We hope
the visit of President Karzai to promote friendly ties with
Afghanistan," he added.
This is the second trip to China from
the Afghan president, who already was in Beijing in 2006 to participate
in the Summit of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization
(SCO).
Beijing has made clear its support for the Afghan
government in its efforts, star
trek online credits, to promote a safe country, but remains
distinct from the line pursued by Washington in its fight against the
Taliban.
China makes bloc with Russia and other Central Asian
members of the SCO, which ask the United States the adoption of a
multilateral strategy to stabilize Afghanistan, with the aim of putting
into practice socioeconomic development programs beyond military
matters.
In the last high-level contact between China and
Afghanistan, Wen Jiabao calls for the reconstruction of Afghanistan in a
"practice", through trade, economy and agriculture, a system that
"combines the methods of the administrative force."
